The Dunmore Area Educational Foundation is also a Pennsylvania-based non-profit organization that operates as an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO). As an EIO, the foundation is recognized by the state of Pennsylvania for its commitment to improving the quality of education in the region. The foundation is eligible to accept tax-deductible donations from businesses that participate in Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
